I would change the way of dressing, to use uniforms. Because i think we have to look the same as a school group.
I would change the discipline, so anyone can't do whatever they want.
For example, if the students don't do what they tell them to, have them go to a specific room, where they can stay intill class is over. Don not say bad words at all. If they get to class late they have to wait intill is over to start the other class.
